Basically, that's a normal pair of eyes!
A small amount of longsightedness is standard for a child that age, and generally to be *preferred* than an exact zero score, as most children shift towards shortsight as they grow!.
Having a small + Rx that can disappear if that happens is generally no bad thing!. A tiny amount of astigmatism (-0!.25 axis 20) again, is essentially normal!.
58mm is the distance between the eyes, needed if glasses are to be given!.
Which is the only worrying thing about the Rx:
that line "Mica protect UV" specifies scratch resistant lenses, but this isn't the sort of RX that should normally be turned into glasses at all!.
It's certainly not enough as it stands, without evidence of complaints of headaches, or demonstrated trouble with the two eyes working as a team!. (binocular vision problems or risks), all of which should have been carefully explained, in order to justify making glasses from that Rx which, at least nine times out of ten, simply wouldn't be necessary!.

OS is the gls prescription of the left eye which is spherical power only and yoy have 1/2 of unit power of the lens!.

Your child is slightly farsighted, which is very normal (the +0!.50)!. Farsighted people can have a hard time focusing at near, but children can accommodate (change focus from distance to near) very well, and he or she shouldn't have any problems being able to see clearly at all distances!.
He or she also has slight astigmatism in his or her right eye!. This means the eye or cornea is shaped more like a football than a sphere!. This causes light to focus in different points instead of one!. It can be corrected with a cylinder lens!. 0!.25 (the power of the astigmatism) is the smallest amount and is barely noticable!. The axis (20 degrees) just denotes the angle of astigmatism!.
The 20/20 means that he or she can see at 20 feet what the average person can see at 20 feet!. In other words, he or she has "perfect vision!." Basically, your child is seeing well right now!.
