Laser Eye Surgery - can I have it again if it didn`t work?!

Question: Laser Eye Surgery - can I have it again if it didn`t work!?
Can anyone help pls!. I had laser eye surgery about 10 years ago at Optimax in London!. Back then there was only the original version called PRK and I had 1 eye done and it was amazing and I have perfect vision still in that eye!. However, I had the 2nd eye done 3 months later and it didn`t work - I am still short sighted but it reduced it from -5!.5 to -2
Apparently the poor vision is due to the haze not properly clearing!? Does anyone know if with all the new technology I could have treatment on this eye to correct the vision despite having already had PRK on it
Would be so grateful for any info/advice!. ThksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Be very careful about additional corneal thinning surgeries i!.e!. another PRK, as the cornea becoming too thin can easily lead to ectasia!. Although you were told that the poor vision is due to haze, it is entirely possible that the poor vision is from the irregular shape of your cornea as a result of your surgery!. Please read stories from some people who have been in your situation and what needed to be done to resolve their issues, on my website at http://www!.noblur!.com/patie!.html The resolution of the problem can be complex, which is the very reason that I see people like yourself from all over the world (I just saw someone a couple of weeks ago from Norwich - just outside of London), but you need to give a great deal of consideration if you are thinking of another surgical procedure since additional surgery (any type of surgery) can leave you much worse than you are currently!.

When I had laser surgery I was told that if I was undercorrected that there was the option for me to have the procedure for a second time at a later date!.
It does depend though on whether it is that you were undercorrected or whether it is scar tissue or something else that is causing the problem!.
I would make an appointment for a free consultation with one of the eye clinics and they will be able to assess your eye and see if you are suitable for a further procedure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the procedure can really only be done once!
if the second eye failed and is blurry thats due to scar tissue that CANNOT be removed!.

the only option you would have is a cornea transplant (from a dead person)!. once they operate on your cornea its changed forever so that they cannot predict the outcome of further work so no-one will take you!

unless you promisee not to sue them (waiver / disclaimer signed by you) if it goes wrong and pay them tens of thousands for the risk they take with you and 99% chance is that it would make things worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe yes but not very likely cos the eye will be too thin to be cut again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
