Glasses numbers?!
Question: can the numbers of your eye glasses ever go down?
Answers: can the numbers of your eye glasses ever go down?
As the eye ages, the lens gets bigger. As if gets bigger it gets stronger. So if one is myopic or nearsighted or shortsighted, where the lens power is too high, the power of the correction will get higher.
It will take more minus lens to oppose the stronger eye power that these people have.
If the person is far sighted, the lens system of the eyes is too weak. As the lens ages, and the lens gets stronger as it grow and grow, the correction for these people will get or become less. They might go, for instance from a +3.00 to a +1.50 over a period of years and years.
It's possible but usually only in children.
its probably possible but not very common
