I fell asleep with my contracts in. Is there any harm in that?!

i do this as well. i know that it isn't good bc there is the risk of your contacts getting stuck behind your eyes (which is very painful as i have heard). i just can't seem to break myself of the habit though.
yes there is...your cornia can't get enough oxygen..which will lead to a swollen cornia. Believe me it hurts a whole lot. Headaches that lead after that hurt a whole bunch...so no more naps with my contacts on. By the way you mean you sleep with them on for the night or just a short nap? Sleeping with them on at night is a no-no. Your just hurting yourself more there. You can lose your eyeball in a matter of minutes.
Yes, the eye will be lack of oxygen thus result in redness and dryness.
