Answers: if not how long can i leave them in the solution?

yeps and they also disintegrate. They are made of 99% water they last either two weeks, a month, or a year and if you wear them longer than whats recommended they will dissolve, hurt your eyes, give you headaches, and you wont be able to see clearly

Yes they do expire. Check the packaging the contacts come in to find this out. After you open them, I wouldn't leave them in the solution for extended periods of time.

for minimum for 4hours to a maximum of 30 days

I know that soft lenses do expire, I used to wear them pre-lasik surgery and the expiration date is always on the vial the lenses come in. I cannot recall the length of time the actual lenses last, try Google for your brand or webmd for the same info.
FYI Lasik is the bomb!

Yes they do expire.
Some daily, some every 2 weeks, some monthly, some even yearly.

In a Case with solution, they can be stored unused for up to 30 days.
