What makes someone's eyes always dilated?!
Question: I don't know about ALWAYS, but they will dilate if you are looking at some one you love or some one you really dislike. It also happens because of light changing rapidly, such as some one closing a door when it is dark inside and light outside, etc.

Allergy medicine makes your eyes light sensitive, not sure if it's because they are dilated, though.
