Well its depending what type of tint you are talking about. If it is transitions then your stuck with it because it is inside the lenses. If it is an antireflection coating that you are referring to as a tint it can be removed but do not do it yourself. If you have a slight tint on your glasses for the fluorescent lights indoors that is likely to be removable as well. You will need to take your glasses into an optical to figure out what can be done.
