Hello there! Wearing glasses doesn't actually change your eyesight. The lenses in your glasses are the power of correction needed to bend the light to focus correctly on your retina. They just help you see! They don't change your eyesight...your eyesight changes on its own naturally :)
Depending on your refractive error there is another way if you are not interested in wearing glasses or contacts all day and you do not want to get laser eye surgery. :)

Are you nearsighted or myopic (prescription with a minus sign in front)? There is a procedure called Orthokeratology or "Ortho-K".
This involves you wearing special contact lenses that gently reshape the surface of your eye while you sleep.
Accelerated Ortho-K uses reverse geometry contact lenses. Flattening the cornea reduces the focusing power of the eye. If the amount of corneal flattening is accurately controlled, it is possible to bring the eye into correct focus and compensate for myopia.
This procedure can be used to slow the increase in axial length of the eye that occurs in children becoming more nearsighted each year.
This improvement is temporary and the lens wearer must continue the prescribed wearing schedule to maintain the myopia reduction. This procedure allows you to not wear contacts or glasses during the day.

This can be done for any age group and with myopia up to
-6.00 diopters. This procedure has less complications then laser eye surgery and can be reversed if not satisfied.
This is a very interesting option and has less complications then laser eye surgery. If you are interested I posted a few links :)
You should talk to your local eye care professional about "accelerated ortho K"
