I have similar hair and skin color and I really loved the green on me. Just be sure that you buy contacts that are meant to change the color of your eyes, NOT enhance them- those don't work. Like the Radiance or Dimensions line from Freshlook did absolutely nothing for my eyes and my eyes are not even that dark. So I recommend something like the colorblends. You can also look at their website to help find a color that you like.
