Can Atropine eye drops help older kids?!

Question:

Can Atropine eye drops help older kids?

I have a Lazy Eye And IM 14 years old i was wondering if they could still help me or not? please tell me!!

Answers:

First of all, I don;t think you can get atropine eye drops from a pharmacy without a prescription. I think you should ask your parents to bring you to a PEDIATRIC OPHTHALMOLOGIST so you can be checked-up.

The Pediatric ophthalmologist would know best how to go about treating your lazy eye. Though atropine IS a treatment for Lazy eye, it is only ONE of several possible treatments.
