I've been taking Hydrocodone how does one feel taking it?!
Question: I've been taking Hydrocodone how does one feel taking it?
My reactions are slowed, my ears are sensitive to loud noise, itchy(which I hear is common as long as it's not severe), talkative, warm, and feeling like I need to do something all the time.
I used to be prescribed to Adderall and the symptoms are some what alike. I have no pain but I wanted to know if this is a normal reaction to someone who's never taken it before?

Any stronger pain medications can make you feel unusual sensations until you get used to it. I've taken hydrocodone before and I felt out of it afterward as well, but I was in so much pain at the time that my mind wasn't really drawn to any side-effects.
Anyhow. If medication ever makes you feel discomfort that you can't bear, tell your doctor. If you just feel a minor malaise, keep taking it for a few days before talking to the doctor about it. Medicine is just quirky when it's new to your system sometimes.
I take 10-500 for chronic pain. It tends to keep me awake, but I've never really had symptoms like you describe, even when I first started taking it. Meds can affect people differently though. If Hydocodone makes you feel bad, they can probably prescribe you another painkiller.
That is the way I feel also but I am a person that always like to be in control of myself so they really make me feel like I'm out of body
I tend to get somewhat the same symptoms. I also get loopy and can't make decisions
