Neck hurts!?
Help! My neck hurts really really bad. I have a neck cinc(or how ever you spell it...) Does any one have any technecs that helps it stop hurting and go away faster? Thanks!

Your question doesn't give alot of information - did you wake up like this? Has it been going on for a while? If you woke up like this you slept wrong. For the next few days make sure you sleep on your back, take advil, and don't do anything strenuous on the neck (sitting at the computer for extended periods, any heavy work using your shoulders, etc.)
