Stitch like pain on right side waist level when inhaling, stretching.?!

Question:

Stitch like pain on right side waist level when inhaling, stretching.?

I have been having pain on the right hand side of my abdomin, just below ribs at about waist lever, it lasts about 3 days then goes away again for a few weeks and returns. I have inflammation on my sacroliac joint (so the doctor says) and this gives me constant aches everyday acroos lower right hand side of my back. Are the pain in my back and side related, do i really have inflamation or can these be symptoms of something else like kidney or gallbladder?

Answers:

the sacroliac joint can cause extensive pain. It sounds more like a gallbladder problem because it comes and goes. You have to see your medical doctor and get an examination to find out what is going on.

For now do not eat any fried foods, fatty foods, junk food, alcohol, or chocolate. You have to reduce the fat intake to give a rest for the gall bladder. eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables with small amounts of protein.
