Anyone know of a computer mouse that protects against wrist injuries?

I am an engineer who uses a mouse a lot and have possibly damaged my hands from constant clicking/mousing.

Have you considered using a trackball instead of a mouse? A lot of ergonomic experts recommend trackballs to help minimize the effects of repetitive motion disorders.
