I have wind burnt lips and vasoline isnt working?
Help, its driving me insaine!

Ok. I learned from the Tyra Banks Show. She suggested putting vasoline on, then leaving it on for 3-5 minutes. Then, take an old toothbrush, wet it with water, and scrub your lips. After, you can wipe it off.
