How does one prevent sleepiness throughout the morning/aftertoon...if ?
• I have slept for about 9 hours throughout the night.
• I have eaten a good breakfast.
• I am not stressed out or worried about anything whatsoever.
• I take all my vitamins and exercise daily, and eat healthy.
Why am I getting sleep around 10 A.M- 4 P.M ?

best way to prevent afternoon sleepniess is to make sure you are getting enough sleep at nite, our bodies are designed that we should go to bed the same time each nite and wake up the same time each morning, however its almost impossible due to the demands in our lifes these days, but if you get sleepy, close you eyes and take a power nap for 10 minutes can help, talke a short walk, and stretch, eat a snack, all of these things are helpful, try to stay away from caffeine, cause then yo will have trouble sleeping when you can at nite time
