Can you strengthen your bladder muscles?
I sometimes try to work out my bladder muscles while peeing by stopping midstream, starting up again, stopping, starting and so on for a few more times. I can feel the muscles contracting when I do this so I must be working them.
My question is, will this really strengthen my bladder muscles, and can it help to prevent me from having to use Depends when I get older?
