can i claim compensation for injury's from a van accident that was my fault!
Question: Can i claim compensation for injury's from a van accident that was my fault?
Answers:
If it happened while you were driving a company vehicle, you can claim workers' comp. It's a no fault system. If you were driving your own van, on a work errand, then you may be able to collect workers' comp, also.
If you were driving your own car and it was your fault, the only insurance you "may" be able to collect would depend on what your insurance policy covers, for you.

Well, if it was your fault then you'd have to claim against yourself? Not sure if that's been done, but you can be damn sure there's a lowly compo solicitor out there somewhere willing to take it on - if only to set a precedent!!
Not if it was your fault, you will or your insurance will be paying compensation if there was anyone else involved or anyones property was damaged.
Who from, your own insurance company??? You couldn't claim against the other person because it wasn't their fault. (No Blame No Claim)
I very much doubt it, but even if you did succeed, who would EVER insure you again??
No i can not
Since i am the course it
I bloody well hope not. I might just lose what little faith in humanity I have left.
