I have a lump on my throat?!

I have a lump on my throat?

i have a really small lump on the out side of my throat and everytime i tach it i get a really sharp pain on the other side of my throat not where the lump is, does anyone know what this could be.

Don't want to scare you but I would go get that checked out pronto! One of my dearest friends, discovered a lump on her throat. It has grown to three times the size of her thyroid and they suspect its cancerous. Go check it out, better safe than sorry.
