O.k. I've started working out...and I'm feeling pain...major pain!?
What can I do so that I don't injure myself when I work out?
When I weight train I'm like hellz yeah I can lift this weight....but after my arms felt so weak...they started to shake, and this morning they just feel tense.
What should i do in the future, and what should i do now?

Well when you first start, it is gonna hurt after because your body is not used to working out. However, I am not sure about specifics regarding how not to seriously injure yourself, so I recommend doing some more research or finding a trainer/physical therapist. I know when you workout you need to start light and work through any pain; then you can slowly build. What I do not know is how much you lifted etc. But regarding how to alleviate your pain I recommend a hot bath and massage.
