Question:
I twisted my foot while warming up b/f running and my ankle popped 2 times.?
After practice my aquiles hurt and also the top of my leg. Now my aquiles doesnt hurt, but my ankle pops and the muscle on top of my foot hurts. Does anyone know what it can be??

What you are describing sounds like you sprained your ankle. You need to avoid putting weight on it to prevent swelling and elevate your foot higher than your heart and put ice on your ancle for 15 minutes every hour
