How do tackle this growth around my anus - is this pile?
she complains a serious pain during and after using the toilet (bowel movement). Most times the pain is just unbearable.
This growth is increasing please help me. I hope to have alternative than going for surgical operation.

you need to see your medical doctor as soon as possible. This can probably be treated with topical medication and oral medication. You cannot delay seeing a doctor.
