my sister has a bad back ache shes on her period she was bent over for like 5 mins and her back hurts after that
its been hurting for about 3-4 dayz now it hurts near the lower bit
Answers:
its normal to have a back ache while on your period, just use a heating pad and take some pain meds. she will be OK after her period, the heat should make it feel better
