i bruised me shin right under my knee it hurts a lot. How can i help it and how long will it take to go away. Help!!!!


Answers:

shin bruises hurt. i think you just need ice and ibuprofen. if it keeps hurting or feels like there's a midget humping your shin you can always go to a doctor for help.
