I feel painful...?
today I was just watching tv on the sofa and then i streched my body and then suddenly my ribs really hurt and when I beathed out it really hurt and I was paralysed.i couldn't sit up straight or stand up .i'm ok now but what happened? I always strech my body so this is the first time it happened.

hey..yeah this has randomly happened to me before too! its sorta freaky for the time being. i have no idea what it is...i think just a bone clocked out of place momentarily or something
