Question:

How can I sleep better?

I can't sleep no matter how hard I try. Every night, I always have to lie on the bed and roll about for at least half and hour before I fall into a slumber. If I am tired, I would still have to roll about for 15mins to 30mins but when I'm not, I have to roll for 1hr. Once, I stayed in bed for 4hrs,trying to fall asleep. The day, miraculously, I wasn't tired but when night came, I still sleep despite having only a few hrs of sleep the night before.

please don't recommend me sleeping pills. I can't take one per day. It's unhealthy and I may not wake up in time to attend school.


Answers:

Exercise during the day but not later than 3 or four hours before you go to sleep. Also, do not watch tv in bed...sometimes a boring book helps too.
