My neck is killing me! What should I do?
I'm 15 and am troubled with this pain on the right side of my neck. I did go biking a few miles up in the hills the day before and I have some stress from homework that I am doing...but anyone know any ways to minimize the neck/shoulder pain?

I dealt with this problem just last week... I actually think mine might have been a bulging disk...
Things you can do:
Ibuprofen
Warm up a heating pad to place on it
Don't favor it/baby it (it will only become more stiff)
Limit your computer time (staring at a computer at a certain angle can worsen your symptoms)
