Is it lip cancer?
I got a fever blister years ago on my lip and it comes back in the same spot. It makes a dry skin spot above my lip and will get well, then flare up when I eat something like a lime, lemon or orange. Is this a skin cancer? It burns

It sounds like a coldsore if it keeps coming back, go to your doctor and have it checked darl.
Another thing it could be is an ulcer which is a sign of vitamin B deficiency and iron deficiency.
If it is cancer it wont heal, or it will scab up, the scab will peel off and another one will form.
Again go and see your doctor.
