Having Knee Problems?
Hi there, i'm 31 years old and my right knee keeps on bothering me, especially lately. It isn't my knee cap, but something under my knee cap that every now and then pops out and I have to pop it back in. It doesn't hurt when I do it, but it is very uncomfortable. Any ideas as to what may be going on? Thanks...oh, I do have an appt with a knee dr on Monday morning.

you will need to get further examination to answer that. any injuries? pain? swelling? are you an athlete? weekend warrior. Doc will probably exam you, then order x-rays. if you have no bony abnormalities- the next step would be to get an MRI to evaluate the soft tissues. I'm 31 too, and I play way too much volleyball and it has taken a toll on my knees- i.e. jumper's knee
