Since I've been doing alot of walking, there is a sharp pain in the back of one of my heels.?

I don't know what a heel spur feels like and if this is what's going on, what is a good remedy for the pain. Some days are better than others.

Is the pain on the sole of the foot or in the back of the heel? On the sole could be plantar fascitis. On the back its probably Achilles tendinitis. The treatment for each of these is different so I would recommend you go see a doctor, get a proper assessment, and get a referral for physical therapy.
