Why does my lower back hurt as such a young age?
I'm only 14 and about 5 or 6 days ago my lower back started hurting. I had only done a little yard work with my parents and I didn't hurt myself during that. All I'm looking for is a quick fix so it doesn't hurt to move.

I think your best bet would be to take a anti-inflamatory medication like Motrin or Aleve. Sometimes Aspirin helps. Always muscle relaxers help if you can get those. Your DR or your parents should be able to get something to help you if it get's really bad. Good luck.
