Shoulder pain?!
Question:
Shoulder pain?
i have a pain in my right shoulder blade and it radiates right to my right elbow. it is a constant pain, it doesn't hurt to flex that part of the muscle or even do weights.
i wouldn't even mind the pain, but for some reason i have lost my strenght in the right triceps. i think it's a pinched muscle, but why would i lose strenght in my triceps?
Anybody?

Sounds like a pinched nerve or may be a rotator cup.
