DIEarriea and SUPER horrible stomatch pains?
i ate a some aswani egypting friends of mine house and they cook with alot of oil and the food is diffrent from USA food so my stomatch REALY tolled me to stop eating there but everytime i go the make me eat.........then................. stay in he bathroom every 3 mins sometimes stuff come out and most the time it dont..............and my stomatch pains are horrible! HELP ME IM DYIING(thats how i feel thats how bad the pain is)
i explainjed to them in arabic but the say just eat this one.
Does it even face these people that it make me sick?

It's a bit hard to read your question because of all the spelling errors but I think I have got it!
Your body is hating all the oil, it's not good for your gut at all, and food your body isn't used to.
Your poor gallbladder and liver is trying to produce enough bile to digest the food but is obviously having great trouble.
So your stomach is 'dumping' it straight into your intestines causing the dirreah. The stomach pains will be from gas caused by the food.
For now take a Buscopan tablet from your chemist shop to stop the stomach pains quickly.
Drink plenty of water.
And use a hot water bottle or heat bag on your stomach and go and lie down.
In future I would tell your friends that you have just eaten or are going out with someone soon for lunch or tea, to get out of eating there.
They are trying to be nice and friendly offering you their food but are making you sick.
Refuse to eat saying you feel unwell at the moment.
And avoid going around their place for a while. Especially when you feel ill.
