Help me quit smoking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

I currently smoke about 40 cigarettes a day , which is a lot , I can't taste ****, I don't smell **** either, my clothes always stink and I have a horrible cough every morning! Please be mature about it and try to help me!

Daney...remember what happened with the alcohol ban ? The same thing will happen if they ban tobacco! I don't want tobacco banned , I just want to quit !

It has been said before. There is no easy way to get rid of these damned killers. You have to stop. Now. Or, my friend, there is a horrible death awaiting you. It is horrendous. God alone only knows why governments have not made them illegal.
Yes, I know, I'm being heartless and cruel, but I'll tell you something; I have seen what this does. It is worse than anything you could dream up.
If you want help, I can probably go through this with you. I gave it up and had a checkup. I was lucky.
Listen, this won't be easy, but, I was smoking more than you and believe me, if you can get through that first two weeks, then you are on the way to living again.
