Why do my arms pop?
everytime I raise both my arms, either one or the other pop or both of them pops. and I think it's so embarassing to hear especially in a quite room. And the thing about it, it's a loud pop not a quite one. Can someone please give tell me what they think it is. Thanks in advance...

It sounds like you need a little strengthening in the joints. Try some weight lifting to get a little stronger, after a while, it should take care of the problem.
