My nose keeps bleeding?!

My nose keeps bleeding?
my nose will only bleed from one side which is fine, but it bled a few days ago because of the blazing heat. the problem is that everyday since then (its been like 4 days) my vein would burst when i brush my teeth. silly huh? its cuz i brush my tongue so its like forcing yourself to barf and i like my tongue clean. i know by doing this, lots of blood rushes into my head adding pressure to that vein in my nose. i just need an idea to make that vein heal faster so that pressure would not make it burst.
