Bicep pain?
after bicep curling excessively my bicep now hurts. it hurts to the point where i cant get my arm strait which is talking a toll on my elbow. whats wrong and how do i fix it? (i have let it rest for over 3 days now)

If you've never done them before, it's probably just DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). This soreness can last up to a week and normally happens upon doing a new exercise or resistance movement.
Also, I'm not entirely sure but make sure your work-out contains more than curls! It's best to stick to compound (multi-muscle) movements like squats, deadlifts, benchpresses, dips, shoulder presses, and pull-ups. Consult a fitness instructor on how to perform all of these exercises properly!
