How do you break a sleeping habit?!

How do you break a sleeping habit?
I go to sleep too late in the summer like right now! I usually go to sleep from 2-4 AM. Then wake up from 10-12 PM... How can I break this? Please and thank you!

well for starters tom. morning i would wake up at about 9, and be a little tired all day, then go to bed at like 1, then wake up at 8 and go to bed at midnight, then get up however early u like.....but if an hour is too much for your body....then do a 1/2 hour every night, or 15 minutes, eventually u will get there
