Sleeping problem?!

Sleeping problem?
Every night I stay up till midnight or later and I try to sleep but I cannot sleep. I'm too young to get drugs, I exercise, and I try to relax but I still cannot sleep, and when I get to slepp I wake up feeling like I got hit by a train! even drinking tea will not help me. can someone please help me.

Answers:
Try going easy on the caffine, no chocolate or sodas past 3 PM each day, because caffine will make you feel alert during the evening. When you go to sleep, but a warm towel over you eyes and lie on your back. Relax all of your muscles, and concentrate on breathing slowly, and not what happened in school that day.
Plus, unless if you are dringing herbal tea, the tea you are drinking is caffinated. If you aren't already drinking herbal teas, drink up!
