Question:
The old problem of insomnia-I go to sleep 5mins after head & pillow contact but wake less than 2hrs later?
I'm then awake for the rest of the night or drifting in & out eventually going to sleep half hour before due to get up. I've tried no alcohol/alcohol, pre bedtime snack/no pre bedtime snack etc. The doctor just says get used to it! Has anyone bought sleeping pills over the net? I permanently look tired now with dark circles and bags under the eyes. Anyone out there cracked this problem?

have a glass or two of wine 1 hour before bedtime.....works like a charm.
