i am in highschool and i have gottin used to stayin up so late that now during summer break i cant seem to sleep i may sleep for an hour or two but thats it
I NEED TO GET SOME SLEEP
HELP
i am really tired and have a headache

Make sure your sleeping conditions are good: dark and quiet. Get a good tea to drink before bed like "sleepytime tea" that will naturally help you drift off. Excercise early in the day to wear yourself out so you'll fall asleep earlier. Try making yourself lie down an hour earlier than usual each night, so that eventually you are lying down at the time you want to fall asleep.
