Metatarsal injury! Urgent?
i have a metatarsal fracture and slight dislocation to my 4th metatarsul and im 13...i got a cast and the orthopedic doctor wants to see me in 2 weeks . Im wondering if i get an x-ray in a week and it seems ok can i play basketball again
personal experiences of this injury are welcome.
iing at my young age i can recover sooner than adults.
most doctors overestimate so patients wont sue so can it actually get better in a week?

Doctors and Nurse tell their patients how to get well,and recover from injuries,by using medical facts,and from years of learning & practice. Bones are not a mystery,we know how long it takes to get them healed,fractures require a solid union in order to mend properly.
