Question:
I am having trouble sleeping....when I finally fall asleep I have a hard time staying asleep for very long.?
I've tried everything I can think of...I go to bed at the same time every night, workout regularly, take warm baths before bed, avoid caffeine, and food after 8, take melatonin, no naps during the day. I just don't know what else to do and I'd really like to avoid taking prescription sleep aids

I've tried reading before bed and definatey no TV or computer...my bed is super comfy and my room is very quiet (other than my dogs occassional snore) and pitch black since I have light blocking shades!!!

you really need to see your Dr. I took ambien for several months and it truly works; you do not become dependent on it, you go right to sleep, you have no trouble at all getting up in the morning, especially if you get the 7-8 hours as recommended. also, use lavender oil on your pillow, it really does relax you.
