Why do my shins hurt when i am exercising?
after a short time jogging my shins start to hurt. I have tried warming up, changing trainers etc but the problem still persists. My shins dont hurt at any other time!

sounds like shin splints
this condition is hereditary
you are probably aplying too much pressure on them
try gentler exercise nothing too hard
and also try to drink more dairy products like milk before you exercise.
make sure you use comfortable trainers
massage the area that hurts with lotion after you exercise
