Look on the package to see instructions. I'm pretty sure any kind of medicine should be regulated. Too much of anything can be bad for anyone.



What do you mean by "little"? One or two pills over the recommended dose or ten pills over the recommended dose? If you are talking about one or two pills, no, that wouldn't happen. You can, however, overdose on Tylenol and cause serious liver damage, though I don't know if that would case chest pain.
