Question: I was injured at work, I was stocking shelves and when I moved the boxes around they fell on my face and pushe?
d my eyeglasses against my left eye. I told my boss I wanted to go to the doctor. He said I dont have a problem sending you to the doctor, but i'm going to document you as using unsafe work practices. i went to the dr and I have a tiny scratch on my eye. Some of the boxes were stacked higher than normal and those are the ones that fell on me. So it looks like my boss is going to try to blame me. I wasnt the one who stacked those boxes on the double decker. Please help

Go to the doctor, but if your boss tries to blame you, contact OSHA:

Go into work and take some pictures. You might end up needing an attorney and any documentation will help.

what is a pushe?

If you weren't wearing safety goggles, steel toed boots, materials handling gloves, ear plugs and any other PPE (personal protection equipment) which should be issued by the company then you haven't a leg to stand on. On the other hand, if your company didn't issue with the correct PPE then they're going to be in big trouble. By the way, nobody cares about a tiny scratch on your eyeball as it is hardly life threatening. If you spend your time finding flimsy excuses to slink off from work don't be surprised when your employer who deserves an honest day's labor for an honest day's pay hires your more deserving replacement sooner rather than later.
