You just ate something for your dinner don't worry. Next time when you're going to go to th bathroom everything is going to be ok. :)
As the threadworms are between 2 and 13 mm long I think you would have to examine your poo under a microscope to see the eggs - and adult worms which look like thin pieces of white cotton would be there as well.
Think, have you eaten anything with seeds - grapes, apples, figs etc?
Small white ball like seeds can indicate giardia.
Flat white things can be tapeworm segments...

For goodness sake tell your parents, it's 100% better than worrying about what it MIGHT be.
see ur school nurse and ask for her advice. They have heard everything, believe me. U need 2 check this out. If U dont get help here, tell ur parents u need 2 see the doctor, not 2 worry but 2 make u an appointment. Never let embarrassment keep u from getting the help u need. Worse case scenario call ur public health dept and ask them what 2 do or go 2 an emergency room clinic. Are there any teen clinics in ur area.? std clinics (I know u dont have an std) r usually confidential and will not tell the parents (or else teens would not want 2 go), ask them 2 help u, pretend u r worried about something (u Are), get ur foot in the door,... once they see u they should route u to who can help u.... just some ideas... sounds like it could definitely b a worm, they are more common than people realize... and if its not , at least u wont worry anymore... good luck... This is a good lesson in maturity... taking charge of your life and well being.. having 2 do something that may be unpleasant or embarrassing but still being mature and brave and taking charge of ur health....... again good luck and God bless.... all the more reason to apply urself 2 ur studies, going for a career that u enjoy that pays well and offers medical insurance of ur own... all those boring things adults talk about.. but see why? U sound very mature.. I think u get it..
