Remember to do a little "Warm-up" exercise daily before you start exhaustive ice-skating.
you could be a little sore, make sure to take Advil or any type of pain medication in the morning if your in pain. Sometimes if your body is use to working that hard on a daily basis or once in a while (not necessarily from skating) but if your bodies somewhat use to it it shouldn't hurt too much in a while.
When I fall asleep, all of my muscles relax.
Try to get atleast 8 hours or more.
Than take a warm to hot shower to relax your muscles even more.
