Question: My wrist is injured and I want to workout?
I just want to tone my body (I'm a male) you know, light weight lifting and cardio, but my left arm is screwed up from recent injuries, well more like five years ago, but are very some basic exercises i can do with my body in the meantime before i get it checked out?

Get the arm sorted first ,if you try exercising you will favour your right arm and impose strain on your body because of imbalance.
