anyone know the primary and secondary movements of the infraspinatus muscle? and what are everyday activities that use this muscle?
Answers:
Primary=external rotation of shoulder
Secondary= hold head of humerus in glenoid fossa
Everyday activities=anything that requires you to move your arm out to the side, any throwing, lifting arm overhead
